Colonel Thomas E. Richter

Colonel (Ret.) Tom Richter, age 73, died suddenly, December 4th, 2015. Son of the late Klara Franziska "Frances" Schulz Richter, brother of the late Frank Richter, COL Richter is survived by his wife Svetlana, daughter Patricia Richter of Dedham, daughter Wendy Richter of Millbury, and granddaughter Ivy Richter of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. He retired as a Colonel afer a career in the Army Reserve and the Army National Guard. He was an active member of the Veteran Association of the First Corps of Cadets, and served as Adjunct in The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company. Tom Richter served one term as president of the VAFCC and several years on the Board of Directors.
